Shipping

We require between 3-7 working days on average to fulfill your order and transport it to our carrier's sort facility. Some items may take longer especially around major holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues. And for Pre-Orders everything will be announced on Instagram & Facebook, shipping depends on the launch of the product after the launch it usually takes 3-7 working days to deliver to you, our social media team will keep all of our tribe members updated!

Care Guide: Machine wash up to 30C, Gentle Cycle. Only Non-chlorine bleach if needed. Wash with similar colors only. Dry in a dryer (recommended) & do not Iron Directly on Print. Do not scrub, do not twist.

Return & Exchanges

ZORROTRIBE will accept, for return or exchange, items that are purchased off our website within 7 days of the purchase(after receiving the parcel) under the following conditions:

There is no visible signs of damage

All original packaging is intact

If the product is from limited edition series, than the certificate is mandatory to accomplish the return or exchange

Any sign of damage will compromise your return or exchange.

Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged after 7 days of purchase(after receiving the parcel).
